Shipping Your Vehicle

How to Ship Your Vehicle

The first step in shipping a vehicle to request a rate from one of our customer service representatives either by calling 1-800-331-3522 or by filling out our online rate request form.

Request a Booking

Once you have decided when you will be shipping the vehicle, request a reservation or a booking, for the voyage that you want to ship on, by calling 1-800-331-3522. Please refer to our sailing schedule for voyage dates.

When you make a booking you will need to provide the following information:

  • Shipper information: Name, Address and Phone Number
  • Consignee information (who the vehicle is being shipped to): Name, Address and Phone Number
  • Billing information: All vehicle shipments must be prepaid if the bill to party does not have an account with Samson.
  • Vehicle description, preferably with weight and length measurements.
  • Approximate delivery date and time

If a vehicle arrives without a booking, it will be received as "space available" for the next available sailing.
